Presented in the spirit of its beloved co-founder, Gregg Allman, Laid Back Festival has announced early details of it’s 2017 season. The traveling celebration of music and food will be headlined by artists including Jackson Browne, Steve Winwood, Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul, Peter Wolf and Jaimoe’s Jasssz Band.
The first three festival dates are:
September 21 | PNC Bank Arts Center | Holmdel, NJ
September 23 | Xfinity Theater | Hartford, CT
September 24 | Norwell Health Jones Beach Theater | Wantagh, NY
In addition to the main Laid Back stage, the Jones Beach Festival will feature a more intimate “Low Country” Stage taking it’s name from Gregg’s 2011 solo masterpiece, Low Country Blues. The Low Country Stage will see performances from Jaimoe’s Jasssz Band, Garland Jeffreys, and Scott Sharrard and the Brickyard Band.
An array of unique VIP packages will also be available.
